GOOD TO KNOW

Frequently asked questions

What is vrdct?

A platform for accountancy firms to publish scored questionnaires under their own branding. Each respondent receives a report and you receive a lead with their score.

Is it really free during the beta?

Yes. A small group of UK practices can test vrdct free of charge during the beta. We haven't announced pricing for after the beta.

What's test mode?

You can try everything with made-up details. Real client or prospect data is not permitted until we've arranged a signed data processing agreement and switched your firm to live use.

Can I use my own branding?

Yes. Add your firm's logo, colours, contact information, privacy link and footer wording.

Does the AI give tax advice?

No. Our AI guardrails rule out specific tax advice. Drafts remain yours to check before publishing, and contact details aren't passed to the AI for report summaries.

Where is data stored and how long is it kept?

Data is stored with Lovable Cloud. Lead retention defaults to 24 months, with 6, 12, 36 months or never also available. See our Privacy page for the full details.

Can I embed it on my website?

Yes. Use a responsive embed, a pop-up button or a simple iframe. In test mode, only use it on staging pages with made-up details.

What happens after the beta?

We'll share the next steps with participating firms before the beta ends. There is no published post-beta pricing yet.
